An EPIC Italian Construction and Engineering Organization operating globally is seeking for a Project Manager for a few Power Plant Upgrade project at M’Boundi, Congo for Client ENI. This is a top level senior role. Responsible before the company for the expected economic outcome of the project, quality of the reports, the HSE targets set, the project timetable and relations with the client. Manages relations with the client and is responsible for their quality. In addition, within the limits of the project, represents the company before the authorities and any third parties involved in the project. Manages the project team and continuously reviews their performance. Defines and continuously verifies that each resource assigned to the project has determined goals and responsibilities and that the related timelines have been set. Receives the budget from the commercial office and structures it according to project cost structure; manages any deviations. Agrees, jointly with the Industrial Plants Division Director and Business Unit Manager, on project execution strategies, expected profit margins and project improvement actions. Approves Purchase Requests for purchases and subcontracts; identifies, in conjunction with the Procurement Department, any external consultancies and collaborations that may be needed and is responsible for their management. Responsible, with the support of personnel assigned by the Project Management Office, for scheduling the works and/or services, cost control and contract management. Approves the work of the Engineering Department, the list of materials to be purchased, the technical specifications for these materials and sends them to the Purchasing Department for their part, approving the choice of supplier, materials and their cost. Hierarchically subordinate to the Industrial Plants Division Director and, for day-to-day operations, is coordinated by the Business Unit Manager and coordinates the Construction Manager
