DRILLING AND COMPLETION SUPERVISOR

DRILLING RESPONSIBILITIES:

Main responsibilities:

• Effectiveness, performance, and security of operations in accordance with drilling programs and specifics
• Safety of personnel and equipment at the site
• Ensure the availability of equipment and personnel at the site when necessary to avoid delays in operations
• Supervise drilling operations conducted by the company man and the field service company personnel
• Coordinate drilling activities in accordance with the programs, company procedures and best practices
• Regularly report the progress of operations to the Superintendent and agree on all corrective actions when necessary
• Control the consumption and the stock of equipment available on the site and request staff, services and materials at the time timely to avoid delays in operations
• Represent the company for all problems
• Ensure that all operations are conducted safely, according to the best practices of the oil industry, in accordance with program, company standards and HSEQ procedures.
• Demonstrate a personal commitment in the HSE field in respecting the policy and recommendations contained in the manual of Eni Congo Integrated HSE Management System (HSE-INT-MAN)

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: University Degree/Diploma

Training Course:

· Drilling course and completion· Sea Survival Course Required· First aid/firefighting · Subsurface & Reservoir (preferred core courses)Language: English (Compulsory), French (additional advantage)

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the oil industry and at least 3 years of experience in drilling and completion

COMPLETION & Well Intervention Responsibilities: ·       The completion supervisor is the representative of the MASTER OF THE WORK. on the construction site with regard to all the service companies for the completion. Its main assignment is to execute, according to the rules of the art and in complete safety, the programmed operations. ·       Effectiveness, performance and security of operations according to the programs and specificities of Completion and Work Over (WO) ·       Safety of staff and equipment at the site ·       He ensures the execution according to the rules of the art and safely, programs of operations that he will have received in collaboration with the drilling supervisor. ·       It ensures the ongoing reporting of operations to Superintendent Completion for the workover and testing completion activity. ·       He coordinates the offshore activity of the service companies working on the well as part of the completion and WO. ·       It ensures the continuity of operations by avoiding any out of stock in equipment and products (from internal sources or service companies). ·       He coordinates the offshore use of logistic support means to the drilling rig. ·       He prepares operations a daily estimate of the costs relating to the performed and transmits it together with the report of the operations. ·       He coordinates the assembly activities of completion equipment as well as the arrival and departure of equipment on site. ·       He checks the equipment and products as soon as they arrive on the site to ensure their accuracy according to shipping manifests and especially according to the planned operations. Demonstrate a personal commitment to the HSE field in accordance with the policy and recommendations contained in the HSE Integrated Management System manual of the HSE-INT-MAN

Required Qualifications & Experience: · Drilling course and completion · First aid/firefighting · Survival course at sea· Subsurface & Reservoir (preferred core courses)
