As a recruitment agency, you complete the online application on behalf of the candidate. You register the candidate with his or her own e-mail address and then enter all the candidate’s details of relevance to the application. Be sure to inform the candidate of the registration. Once we have received the application, Schindler will contact the candidate directly.
Applicants can register with our online pool at any time by means of a speculative application. If a candidate has already registered his or her e-mail address in our Schindler pool, the recruitment agency cannot put the corresponding application forward or claim an agency fee.
